Hello! Wow, time sure does fly when you are having fun (and sipping wine). We wanted to give you a much needed update since we last wrote in June. A LOT has been happening behind the scenes and we try to photograph as much as we can during the process to give you a glimpse into our journey.
Throughout the summer we bottled our first two wines, Teroldego (red) and Fiano (white). We created a beautiful label with the help of our graphic designer, Briana at Blue Flower Graphic Design and our incredible neighbors at Raffaldini who graciously guided us through the bottling and labeling process. We'll hold off on our reveal a little longer so you are all surprised!
We have continued to build up our tasting room, bar area, and brewing areas and installed our chillers and tanks. Oh yeah, you can expect a future Sotrio Brewing Company in the future!! More to come on that.
Most of all after a hard days work, we enjoyed the summer sunsets and the occasional rainbow dazzling the skies above our property. Have we ever told you the meaning behind our name? Stay tuned... :)

Also, all of our friends, family, and supporters who encourage us to keep going and support us through our journey. We are forever grateful and excited to open our doors next year.
