It really is true when they say that time flies by when you're having fun...or was it the wine...? Anyway (hehe), we are so thrilled, blessed, and excited to share that our harvest this year was beyond a success. We harvested 30 TONS of grapes from our vines and are beginning to start the fun part of bottling and creating our first Sotrio branded labels. A huge thank you and shoutout to our amazing neighbors at Raffaldini who have been with us every step of the way and continue to help us along our journey. Please, please! We are also happy to share a glimpse of our indoor project, our custom tasting area and prep are build! Here we plan on making a cozy, friendly, and welcoming spot for you to try our wines and relax with friends and family. We will share more progress as we go! We hope to have our indoor completed and ready to go by summer 2024, but fingers crossed for a sooner date.
